Eastwood boys win L-B Relays (4-4-14)

FINDLAY — Eastwood’s boys won the Liberty-Benton NWGS Relays Friday and Bowling Green was second.
Eastwood’s girls were second.
BOYS
Eastwood finished with 116 points in the eight-team field. Bowling Green was second with 76 points and
Elmwood was fifth with 35 points.
The Eagles won the 6,400 relay; 400 shuttle hurdle relay; distance medley relay; 3,200 relay; freshman
800 sprint medley; 400 relay for throwers; the 1,600 relay; the high jump relay, team of Steven Bradley
(5-10), Jake Hoodlebrink (5-8) and Jon Bowlus (5.6); and long jump relay, team of Devin Snowden (21-5),
Hoodlebrink (21- 1/2 ); and Brennan Seifert (20-0).
Bowling Green’s Nick Lane (149-5), Jake Shultz (134-5), and Nathan Tembo (108-8) combined to win the
discus relay.
GIRLS
Liberty-Benton won the eight-team girls meet with 99 points as Eastwood was a close second with 97
points. Bowling Green was third with 81 points and Elmwood was fifth with 30 points.
Eastwood won the 400 shuttle relay; 400 relay for throwers; 3,200 relay; and shot put relay, team of
Emily Hayward (34-1), Aubrey Peters (31-1) and Alicia Bratton (27-10).
