Coach’s comment: "We are a fairly young team that is improving. I expect the team to be competitive
in a lot of matches this season. Our goal is to finish in the top four of the NLL. It is going to take a
complete team effort with contributions from underclassmen to be successful."

Coach: Stacy Jurich, first season.
2013 record: 8-11 overall.
Returning letterwinners: Senior John Hotz, and juniors Derek Krieger and Logan Fairbanks.
Coach’s comment: "Our team has been off to a good start with pre-season training. We had a lot of
new athletes come out and our returning varsity players are looking really strong. Everyone has been
working really hard and our team mentally is really positive; Come our first week of matches, once we
adjust to the outdoor elements, we will have a lot to bring to the courts. I would like to have a
winning record, like most coaches probably do, and I don’t think it is out of our reach. Tennis is a
very mental game, so our players need to keep head strong and use their strengths in the smartest and
most consistent way. I’m really excited to watch the players improve throughout the season."
