CLEVELAND – Three swimmers from county high schools have advanced to the state swimming meet.
Bowling Green’s Emmy Sehmann and Trae Gulgin, and Eastwood’s Alyssa Decker qualified from the district
meets at Cleveland State.
In Division I, Sehmann won the 100 freestyle (51.64) and was second in the 200 freestyle (1:50.73). She
is seeded sixth in the state meet in both events.
In Division II, Gulgin was third in the 100 backstroke (53.93) and is seeded 10th.
Also in Division II, Decker was second on the 100 butterfly (59.23) and is seeded 14th, and finished
third in the 200 individual medley (2:14.11) and is seeded 22nd.
