Second ‘P’ test session set
The Wood Soil and Water Conservation District will be holding part two of the "Can you pass your ‘P’
Test" series.
Greg LaBarge from OSU Extension will be discussing keeping your nutrients where they belong. The session
will offer two hours of CCA credits. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Wood SWCD
conference room, 1616 E. Wooster St., Suite 32. With additional questions or to RSVP please call

Dairy acquires more farmland
MSB Dairy Farms LLC, 11539 Bloomdale Road, Wayne, has recently acquired three parcels of land on Portage
Road in Portage Township. Each of the parcels were listed with a price tag of $355,000 for a total of
more than $1 million. The total land acquired is 139.69 acres. The sale was made from Jerry Glaser,
one-third interest; Gareth and Carolyn Jo Glaser, co-trustees; and Adam Glaser, one-third interest.
The sale was announced from the Feb. 4 sale through the auditor’s office.
