Bittersweet Farms will be hosting a wine tasting and CSA cooking demonstration on July 16 from 5:30 to
7:30 p.m. at Bittersweet Farms.
Admission is free; however, donations of $10 are suggested and encouraged.

A cooking demonstration, using Bittersweet Farms fresh produce, will be conducted by Bittersweet Farms’
dietary manager. An informational wine tasting focusing on summer wines will also take place for guests.

All donations will benefit Bittersweet Farms and the Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism.
The Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism (GLCA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is dedicated
to growing the opportunities, futures and lives of all individuals with autism. GLCA identifies and
funds services and organizations that will enrich and grow the lives and futures of individuals with
autism.
Bittersweet Farms is a 31-year-old non-profit organization that serves adults with autism through
recreational, residential and vocational support using a working farmstead model. The mission of
Bittersweet Farms, located in Whitehouse, is to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism
and those whose lives they touch.
