PEMBERVILLE - The Christmas meeting of the Mid-Morning Belles Homemakers Club was held in the community room of the Pemberville Library on Dec. 11 at 10 a.m.
Three Christmas readings were read by Carolyn Borcherding and a short business meeting was held.  The women then played Christmas Bingo, which was interspersed by Christmas readings read by Dorothy Karns.
A luncheon for 11 members and one guest was catered by the Edgewood Inn.  Borcherding, the outgoing senior councilor, gave a gift to each member.
Next year's officers will be: Senior councilor, Mickey Gerwin; junior councilor, Dorothy Karns; secretary-treasurer, Gayleen Smith; and reporter-historian, Eloise Reitzel.
The next meeting will be held on Jan. 22 at a location to be announced.
