Amber Garner, 24, of Bellefontaine, and Diana Garner, 56, of BG, were both arrested for domestic violence
and were taken to jail. No bond. Thirty minutes before the arrest, Amber Garner got into a shoving match
with another relative and after that was waiting for family to pick her up from Bellefontaine.
Accident occurred:

• at 7:21 a.m. at East Poe and I-75. Brandon Malec was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control
after the one-vehicle crash.

Jennifer Dunahoo, 38, BG, was arrested at 3 a.m. in the 600 block of Sand Ridge Road for criminal
trespass and criminal damaging property. She was taken to jail.
Jessica Cole, 30, of Toledo, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. in the 300 block of East Wooster Street for
operating a vehicle while impaired/refusal, and an OVI/state for a prior refusal. She was taken to jail.

Barbara Hamm, 59, of Custar, was arrested for assault and was taken to jail.
Timothy Swartz, 30, of BG, was arrested in the 500 block of North Prospect Street for discharging
fireworks. Witnesses claim fireworks struck their vehicle.
