WEDNESDAY
Flutist Conor Nelson will perform a Faculty Artist Series recital at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the
Moore Musical Arts Center.
THURSDAY
Master of Fine Arts students Lauren Boulton and Dorothy Breazeale will present their work in the Creative
Writing Program’s Reading Series at 7:30 p.m. at Prout Chapel.
Vocal jazz artist and composer Lauren Kinhan will perform a concert showcasing original songs from her
new recording "A Circle in a Square" at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY
Bowling Green Opera Theater will present student-directed selections at 8 p.m. in the Eva Marie Saint
Theatre of the Wolfe Center for the Arts. Selections will include "The Telephone," "We’re
on the Air!," "Fall of the House of Usher," "A Hand of Bridge," "It Could
Be," "Cacophony" and "Krispy Kremes and Butter Queens."
SATURDAY
BGSU assistant professor of bassoon Susan Nelson and assistant professor of oboe Nermis Mieses host
Double Reed Day. The daylong event is packed with solo competitions, guest and faculty performances,
master classes, vendor exhibits and a closing performance with the competition winners. Guest artists
include Nancy Ambrose King, oboe, and Robert Williams, bassoon. Registration is required; the event

Music at the Manor House begins the spring season with a recital by piano students of Robert Satterlee at
7:30 p.m. at the Manor House of the Wildwood Metropark in Toledo.
Jazz Lab Band I performs with guest guitarist Mike Stern at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore Musical
Arts Center. A six-time Grammy nominee, Stern has been performing and touring for nearly three decades.

Pianist Solungga Fang-Tzu Liu will present a faculty recital at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall.
