Biking around Northwest Ohio should be better, according to a former county park board president.

At May’s Wood County Park District board meeting, Frank McLaughlin again asked the members to make a commitment to improving path connections. McLaughlin is a former park board member who left in 2012 and is the current president of the Wood County Health Department board.
