County court won't hear debate about Drouillard Road

WALBRIDGE — A judge’s decision to deny a motion by Lake Township regarding the upkeep of Drouillard Road may lead to the trustees and Walbridge officials sitting down for a meeting to discuss the issue.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Matthew Reger on Aug. 20 found that the township’s motion for summary judgment was not well taken and denied it.
