Additive manufacturing, the process of building 3-D objects in layers, will be the featured topic at a seminar Friday from 8 a.m. to noon at Bowling Green State University at Levis Commons.
The seminar is sponsored by the Center for Innovative Food Technology and Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Attendees will hear from three regional manufacturing experts who will share their experiences using 3-D layering successfully. They are:
• Charles Murphy, president, AquaPro Systems (Cincinnati)
• Adam Yost, technical sales representative, Bastech, Inc. (Dayton)
• Eric MacDonald, Ph.D., Friedman Chair for Manufacturing, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Youngstown State University
Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m.
