One of the busiest roads in Bowling Green, East Wooster Street can be intimidating for pedestrians to cross, especially if they choose to jaywalk.

The Ohio Department of Transportation partnered with Bowling Green State University and the City of Bowling Green to build safer crosswalks for pedestrians and cars alike. They began construction in October 2016 and finished in 2018, said Rebecca Dangelo, public information officer for ODOT.
