TONTOGANY – Otsego Local Schools will have a balanced budget for the next two years, due in part to the influx of pipeline money, but it may start spending in the red in fiscal year 2022.

Treasurer Steve Carroll presented the five-year budget at the Oct. 28 board of education meeting. During his presentation, he also reported small increases in property and income taxes.
