The cook’s corner feature will be in next Wednesday’s edition. The feature will run every other week in the newspaper.
West Wooster closures announced
In conjunction with the West Wooster Street utility upgrade project, the contractor has closed West Wooster, from Grove to Church streets, from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The road will reopen to one-way eastbound traffic during overnight hours.
On Monday, the contractor will close West Wooster, from Grove to Church, and the intersection of West Wooster and Church to finish underground sewer connections and to install a manhole in the intersection. It is anticipated that West Wooster will reopen to eastbound one-way traffic and the intersection will reopen by June 16.
Local access will remain throughout both closures.
Sewer work closes North Summit Street
North Summit Street between East Poe Road and Frazee Avenue will be closed from Wednesday to Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for a sanitary sewer replacement.
Dates of this closure are subject to change and are dependent on weather and the progress of work.
