PERRYSBURG — Conservation: Everyone CAN Do It is the theme of a display that will be at the Way Public Library, 101 E. Indiana Ave., from June 14-28.

The display was created by Country Garden Club of Perrysburg’s Conservation Committee.

“The display features commonly used products and their earth-friendly alternatives,” said Ursula Kluge, chair of the Country Garden Club Conservation Committee. “All of us are encouraged to adopt these alternatives in the efforts of saving our planet.

According to Kluge, when every household does its part with these everyday small things, it will add up to a big impactful effort in reversing greenhouse gas emissions.

“Our library display is just one strategic effort to educate the community as a whole — but especially our young people — on what everyday things we all can do to save our planet,” Kluge added.

The mission of Country Garden Club is to promote the knowledge of horticulture and conservation and to enhance the community’s natural environment.
