Olive Louise Todd of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away May 1, 2023. She was born 101 years ago on March 16,1922 to William and Yeulalah (Coller) Lewis in Bowling Green. She married Loring W. Todd Sr. on June 11,1941 and they celebrated 70+ years of married life together until his passing on March 8, 2012.

Olive, as a lifelong resident of Bowling Green, worked at Heinz, Cain’s and, with her husband, owned and managed the Toledo Blade distributorship in BG.

She was devoted to family, both close and extended. Her home was always a gathering place. One of her happiest days was when her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren joined her for her 100th birthday in 2022.

Olive is survived by her children Loring (Sandra) Todd of Custar, Ohio, Steve (Cathy) Todd of Moneta, Virginia, and Karen (Dan) Major of Leesburg, Virginia; her grandchildren Lorie, Kevin, Kim, Erin, Greg, and Amanda; fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Yeulalah Lewis, husband Loring Todd Sr., five brothers James Lewis, William Lewis Jr., Richard Lewis, Roy Lewis, and Ray Lewis; her beloved son Jim Todd, grandson Alex Major and great grandson Logan Simonson.

Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Peinert Dunn Funeral Home,18620 Washington St, Tontogany, Ohio.
