Hunt for eggs at Schedel gardens

ELMORE — Easter activities will be held April 8 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. rain or shine at Schedel Arboretum & Gardens.

Easter egg hunt times are at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Separate egg hunting areas will be designated for three different age groups between the ages of 0-12. Special golden egg opportunities for both sessions.

Bring a basket. This event is free, but donations of canned goods for the Elmore Food Bank are appreciated.

Other activities include:

Take your own photo with the Easter bunny; Easter egg cookie decorating station; game station with Harris-Elmore Library; Petting station with chicks, bunnies, ducks and goats from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; Mac & Loaf’s Grill Food Truck; Popping George Kettle Korn; baked goods sale; and face painting.
