GenoaBank names Dunne as new mortgage loan originator

GENOA, Ohio — GenoaBank, a locally owned, independent, community bank, has announced Megan Dunne’s appointment as new Mortgage Loan Originator for the Genoa Branch.

Dunne is a relationship-focused and passionate banker, according to a bank press release. She is sure to continue the high-quality levels of professionalism and customer service GenoaBank customers have received for years.

“Megan makes a great addition to our mortgage team,” said Martin P. Sutter, GenoaBank’s chairman, president and CEO.

Dunne will be based in the bank’s Genoa branch but will be available to provide mortgage lending at any of the bank’s other branches. She will be serving the communities in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

Dunne is a graduate from Rossford High School. She graduated with her Associates Degree from Owens Community College, while playing volleyball and winning the National Championship in 2019. She furthered her education at Bowling Green State University earning her bachelor’s in business in December 2022. She is a high school volleyball coach at Toledo Volleyball Club. She is an active member of the 419 Women in Mortgage Group.
