MILLBURY — Lake High School is busy following the yellow brick road and preparing for the spring musical production of “The Wizard Of Oz” by L. Frank Baum.
The story starts with Dorothy and her dog Toto getting lost inside a twister and landing in the very magical land of Oz. All Dorothy wants to do is get home, but the only person who can help her with that is the great and powerful Oz himself.
Follow along as Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tinman and the Lion not only try to get Dorothy home but also are outrunning the Wicked Witch of the West, who is after the bright ruby red slippers that grace Dorothy’s feet.
Shows are Thursday, Friday and March 18 at 7p.m., and March 18 and 19 at 2 p.m. in Lake High School’s auditorium.
Tickets are $10 for seniors/students and $12 for adults.
