Northwest Ohio Realtors inducts first female commercial realtor president

TOLEDO – NAI Harmon Group’s Vice President of Real Estate & Development Stephanie Kuhlman has been sworn in as the 2023 Northwest Ohio Realtors Association president.

Kuhlman is the first female commercial president of the board.

Northwest Ohio Realtorsis an association of commercial and residential real estate professionals. They along with nearly 1,600 other real estate boards in the country make up the National Association of Realtors, the largest trade association in the world.

Kuhlman will lead over 2,200 members dedicated to serving the needs of commercial and residential buyers and sellers in Toledo and the surrounding area, including Wood, Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam and Williams counties.

“After three decades in this business, it is an honor to lead our association through the next year,” Kuhlman said. “While the pandemic has faded and the market is showing signs of normalcy, there are still many challenges faced by both agents and the community we serve. Northwest Ohio is blessed with many wonderful Realtors, and I am excited to work alongside them in 2023.”

Kuhlman has over 33 years in the real estate business. She started her real estate career in 1990 with the former Cavalear Realty, and joined Danberry Realtors in 1992, where she focused on residential sales with an emphasis on new construction and development. Kuhlman took that experience to her next position when she transitioned to Danberry’s Commercial division.

Kuhlman joined the NAI Harmon Group in 2013 and has been instrumental in the success of several large development projects throughout the United States. In 2022, she transitioned to a leadership role as vice president of real estate and development.
