Garden club’s community project grant requests due Monday

PERRYSBURG — Monday is the deadline to submit an application for Country Garden Club ofPerrysburg’s 2023 Community Project Grants.

The project proposal form can be found Proposals from both non-profit organizations and individuals are welcome.

Projects should benefit Northwest Ohio.

Past projects included proposals from the Historic Fort Meigs Battlefield, W.W. Knight Nature

Preserve, 577 Foundation, Perrysburg Junior High Wildflower Outdoor Classroom/Lab, Hull Prairie Intermediate School Sixth Grade Science Project, BGSU Falcon Food Pantry and Community Garden, Toledo Day Nursery, Perrysburg Christians United Food Pantry, 577 Foundation, Sawyer Quarry and Aurora House.

Country Garden Club’s Projects are funded through the group’s annual trunk show. This year’s show will be held Oct. 3 and 4 at the Carranor Club.
