PERRYSBURG – Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave., offers free meals on the fourth Friday of the month at noon.

Kitchen of Hope is Zoar’s response to Jesus’ call to care for neighbors by providing nutritious free dinners. The meals are open to everyone.

Kitchen of Hope has served hot, home-cooked dinners for more than 15 years. Dinners include a main entree, vegetable, starch, salad and fresh-baked dessert. There is no charge for the meal; however, donations can be made to the Kitchen of Hope ministry or in honor/memory of a loved one.

Dinners are held in the Family Life Center at Zoar Lutheran Church.

Reservations are necessary; call the church office at 419-874-4346.

The next meal is Jan. 27 and the deadline to register is Jan. 23.

With over 1500 members, Zoar has been a cornerstone of Perrysburg since 1850.
