Bowling Green seventh grade football team won the Northern Lakes League championship with a perfect 7-0 season by defeating Springfield 40-20.

This was the first seventh grade league championship in 24 years for the Bobcats, since 1998.

Other wins came over Anthony Wayne (8-6), Arbor Hills (28-7), Perrysburg (24-12), Maumee Gateway (28-20), Napoleon (30-6) and Timberstone (30-6).
