Poets: Perform at library’s Open Mic Night

Poets, the Wood County District Public Library wants to hear your poems.

Join the library for an Open Mic Poetry Night on Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A&B at the library, 251 N. Main St.

All poets from the community are invited to come and read their poems about any subject. Poems should be no longer than three minutes, and should be free of curse words, derogatory speech and remain respectable to others. Poets must submit their poems to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date, and are asked to register for a performance slot by calling 419-352-5050, emailing [email protected], or registering online at wcdpl.org/events.

To come and listen to the poems, no registration is required.
