Penney K. Baldwin, age 58, of Pemberville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. Penney was born October 25, 1963 to Thomas and Karen (Stevenson) Blue, in Bowling Green, OH. She went on to graduate from Otsego High School in 1981. On October 20, 1990 she married Randy Baldwin in Neapolis, OH. Penney and Randy raised 1 son and celebrated nearly 32 years of marriage together.
In addition to being a homemaker, Penney has also worked as a teacher’s aide since 1996 to the present for Eastwood School’s. Penney had a great passion for working with kids. She enjoyed being by the pool during summer and being in a warm house during winter watching a favorite Christmas Hallmark movie. Her other joys included puzzles and playing cards. Penney’s greatest love was raising her son and being a second mom to so many of his friends. It was her little family that was her greatest love.
In addition to her husband Randy, Penney is survived by her son: Chase (Liliya Bubiy) Baldwin of IL. Sisters: Dena Blue and Tricia Frysinger. Brothers: Thomas Blue Jr., and Wayne Blue. Step father, Steven Rahmel of VA, and
numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Stevey Rahmel and mother-in-law, Phyllis Johnston.
Family and friends will be received 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Wounded Warriors Project or a charity of the donor’s choice.
