A Bowling Green man has been indicted for rape.
A Wood County grand jury on Oct. 5 indicted Kenton Trayvon Diaz, 22, Bowling Green, for rape, a first-degree felony.
On Jan. 28, he was accused of engaging in sexual conduct by purposely compelling a woman to submit by force or threat of force.
Diaz is listed on the Ohio registry as a Tier I sex offender after being convicted in July 2021 with having unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
