Citations Sept. 11:

Tyler Wittel, 22, Maumee, was arrested for falsification after police responded to a report of multiple subjects yelling at a tow truck driver after their vehicle was being towed in the 100 block of West Wooster Street. He was taken to jail.

Police responded to the 300 block of South Prospect Street for a shattered window, to the former South Main school for four juveniles located inside the building, and to theft of $500 in the 1600 block of East Wooster Street and of $100 in the 200 block of East Wooster Street.

Citations Sept. 12:

Police took a fraud report with a loss of $8,378 in the 900 block of North Prospect Street.

BG civil enforcement took complaints of garbage piled up on the side of a house in the 500 and 200 blocks of North Enterprise Street, five addresses in the 100 block of North Enterprise for various violations, furniture outside in the 300 block of North Enterprise, and furniture on the porch, a car parked on the sidewalk and garbage cans overflowing at an address in the 200 block of North Enterprise.

Citations Sept. 13:

Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia: Owen Tupy, Elko, Minnesota

Police took a criminal mischief report at City Park.

BG civil enforcement took complaints of tall grass in the 400 block of South Church Street, the 600 block of Manville Avenue, the 1400 block of Briarwood Drive, and the 1000 block of Revere Drive.

Police took a theft report with a loss of $497 in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Underage possession of alcohol: James Malz, BGSU

Police took fraud reports with a loss of $2,836 in the 200 block of Western Avenue and $1,250 in the 1200 block of South Street.

BG civil enforcement took a complaint of tall grass in the 300 block of East Court Street and noxious weeds in the 400 block of North Main and the 300 block of East Court streets.

Justin Faykosh, 30, Pemberville, was arrested for OVI/refusal, state OVI (prior refusal in past 20 years) and headlights required at night. He was taken to jail.

BG civil enforcement took a complaint of furniture near the road in the 400 block of North Main Street.

Police took a theft report with a loss of $6,000 in the 500 block of McKinley Drive.

Disorderly conduct/offensive noise: Darnell Johnson, BG

Police responded to the 400 block of Buttonwood Avenue for a sexual assault and to the 1500 block of Clough Street for a sexual offense report.

Freddie Barnes III, 35, Santa Monica, California, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs/psilocybin and possession of marijuana. He posted bond on station.

Police responded to a trespassing complaint in the 900 block of South Main Street and found three juveniles inside the secured fence to the storage units. Charges were sent to the juvenile prosecutor’s office for review.

Citations Sept. 18:

Kaleb Leeth, 20, Findlay, was cited for possession of marijuana and arrested on a warrant. He was taken to jail.
