Bowling Green goalkeeper Ella Billiot had 19 saves, but Northview downed the Bobcats, 4-0, in Northern Lakes League girls soccer at Bobcat Stadium Wednesday.
Northview improves to 2-0-3 overall and 1-0-1 in the NLL, while BG falls to 1-4 and 0-2.
Perrysburg 3, Findlay 0
PERRYSBURG — In non-league volleyball Wednesday, Perrysburg swept visiting Findlay 25-11, 25-16, 25-11. Perrysburg improves to 5-2.
For Perrysburg, senior Josie Hubbard had 19 kills, senior Sara Pahl had 10 kills, senior Giana Frayer had five aces and junior Wrigley Takats had three aces.
Senior Danielle Cleavenger and sophomore Mackenzie Hurley had two blocks each, senior Avery Adamski had 17 digs and Frayer had 34 assists for the Jackets.
Van Buren 178, Findlay 191, Bowling Green 220
NORTH BALTIMORE — At Birch Run Wednesday, Bowling Green golf finished third in a triangular with a score of 220, losing to Van Buren (178) and Findlay (191).
BG scores were Lily Pollick (51), Kennedy Brown (52), Amelia Fletcher (58), Annie Urban (59), Sophie Fruth (64) and DeAnna Burt (69).
VB scores were Claire Recker (37), Joslyn Hunt (42, Addyson Adams (43), Maggie Wehrle (56), Summer Siefer (60) and Emily Bishop (64).
Findlay scores were Ava Metz (42), Casey Tate (45), Libby Holman (45), Natalie Gutman (59) and Lexi Leslie (61).
Bridget Mulcahy, the only Lima Central Catholic golfer, shot a 38.
