P-test looks at phosphorous
The Wood Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting a three-part series on agricultural
nutrient management titled "Can You Pass Your ‘P’ Test?"
"P" is the commonly used abbreviation for phosphorous in the agricultural community. The first
meeting is Tuesday, where Nathan Wright from Geophyta will be presenting on "Soil Testing and
Reading Your Results."
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Wood SWCD office, 1616 E. Wooster St., Suite 32.
The second and third sessions will be Feb. 27 and March 25.
