Domestic violence was reported in the 17000 block of Brim Road.
A field fire was reported in the 18000 block of Steen Road, Weston. Another was reported in the 7000
block of Fostoria Road, Risingsun.
Theft of prescription drugs from a purse was reported in the 14000 block of New Rochester Road,
Pemberville.
A breaking and entering incident, in which tools and other items were taken, as reported in the 19000
block of U.S. 6, Weston.
An assault incident, in which a landlord was reportedly assaulted by a tenant, was reported in the 5000
block of Jerry City Road, West Millgrove.
Accidents occurred:
Nov. 4
•    At Ohio 64 and Ohio 65. Mark Kwiatkowski, Toledo, was cited for reasonable control after striking a
stop sign.
Property damage was reported at U.S. 6 and Otsego Pike, Weston.
Theft of items from a residence was reported in the 16000 block of Euler Road, rural BG.

Breaking and entering was reported in the 1000 block of Horseshoe Bend Drive on Oct. 30.
A theft incident was reported Nov. 1 in the 900 block of West Boundary Street.
Criminal damaging was reported in the 13000 block of Roachton Road.
An incident of credit card fraud was reported in the city.
Criminal mischief was reported in the area of Birchcrest Drive and Southwood Drive.
A drug possession incident was reported in the 300 block of East Indiana Avenue on Nov. 2.
