The following events will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling
Green.
Many programs require advance registration, which is indicated by an *. For more information on daily or
other programs visit the website at www.wccoa.net
Lunch is served daily at all county senior centers. Next week’s menu features: Monday: Cream of broccoli
or vegetable soups, Tuesday: Beef lasagna or roasted pork, Wednesday: "Birthday Celebration"
hamloaf, Thursday: Ground bologna or chipped turkey, Friday: Scalloped potatoes & ham or salmon
loaf.
Participants shall determine for themselves what they are able to contribute. A $2 suggested donation is
appreciated for lunches.
Dinner is served at the Wood County Senior Center Tuesday through Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and reservations
are needed by 2 p.m. The suggested donation is $4.
The dinner menu is: Tuesday: Ham and bean soup, Wednesday: Barbecue chicken breast, Thursday: Tilapia.

Advance planning
Several new classes are forming including new yoga classes; piloxing and light weight classes; water
fitness classes; and a "Delay the Disease" exercise program to fight symptoms of Parkinson’s
classes.
All the classes require advance registration and fees will be charged for some or all of these.
