Bowling Green State University’s fifth annual STEM in the Park on Sept. 27 will feature interactive
displays and activities created by area universities, community partners and local businesses to engage
children of all ages in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Join in for a family day of hands-on fun, featuring everything from sea creatures to pop rockets.
The even will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Perry Field House.
New this year is an activity zone called "The Science of Sports." Analyze a golf or tennis
swing, find our fast you can run, how far you can throw a ball and high you can jump.
Families will receive take-home STEM activities and a free lunch.
There will be a Roots 2 STEM Pre K-2 Zone with activities that cater specifically to younger children.
