Linda Schell looks on during the annual Pause for the Pledge ceremony hosted by the city of Bowling Green
on Friday morning. Residents and local officials gathered between the Wood County District Public
Library and the Wood County Senior Center in recognition of Flag Day. During the program, Council
President Mike Aspacher read a proclamation along with reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Wood County
Job and Family Services was also on hand to raise awareness for the Elder Abuse Awareness program.
