Otterbein Portage Valley to replicate The Willows dining experience

PEMBERVILLE — The public is invited to join Executive Chef Reggie Hall and his staff for a special dining
experience next Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m.
Reminiscent of the former Willows in Toledo, Otterbein plans to recreate the considerate, leisurely
hospitality created a half a century ago by the Skaff family. The restaurant set a standard against
which others are still measured.
Hall and his staff will — for one night — open the doors of the OPV “Willows” and offer a wide array of
menu choices. Space is limited and reservations are required.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. For more information call Geri Ricker at 419-833-8917.
Ricker is also taking orders for OPV’s soup delivery community outreach project. Each Friday in February
area seniors can enjoy a bowl of homemade soup made by Chef Hall, free of charge.
Soup deliveries are made directly to the older citizen’s home. To schedule a soup delivery, seniors
should call Ricker.
