Redshirt junior Chauncey Orr left the Bowling Green State University men’s basketball program, the team
announced prior to Saturday’s game against Cleveland State.
Orr played in five of Bowling Green’s seven games this season, making four starts. He was averaging 2.2
points and 1.8 rebounds per game, playing just 11.4 minutes per game.
Orr, who is the son of former men’s coach Louis Orr, did not play in Tuesday’s loss to Dayton. Louis
Orr’s contract was not renewed after last season.
The team announced that Orr will remain enrolled at Bowling Green "and will continue to work towards
completing his degree."
