annum from June 10, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable
to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the
real property, which has a street address of 526 Ordway Avenue, Bowling
Green, OH 43402, being permanent parcel number Parcel Numbers
B08510250205029000 and B08510250205030000 Plaintiff further alleges that
by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement,
the conditions of
said Mortgage
have been broken and the same has
become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be
required to answer and assert interest in said real property or be
forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of
said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of real property and
that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said
Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 5th day of August,

executed.
The successful bidder will be required to sign an affidavit
of contractor or supplier of non-delinquency of personal property taxes

All waste materials generated
from this project must be taken to the Wood County Landfill for
disposal.
