twenty (20) feet, more or less, off the entire North end of Lot number
one hundred ten (110) of John Marvin Plat of Risingsun, Ohio. This deed
shall be held to convey all that portion of said lot lying north of the
north line of the alley running east from said Lot number one hundred
ten (110) and between Lot number one hundred nine (109) and one hundred
five (105) and only that portion of said Lot number one hundred ten
(110) lying north of the north line of said alley, the same being
situated in the
Village of

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the
Board of Trustees of Montgomery Township, Wood County, Ohio will receive
sealed bids until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at the
Montgomery Township Office located at 1950 Mermill Road, P.O. Box 462,
Bradner, Ohio 43406. Bids will be opened and read immediately
thereafter. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, machinery
and equipment necessary for the Warner Road project.
This project
includes resurfacing the entire road using cold mix for Warner Road
(from State Route 199 to Wayne Road). Specifications and plans, provided
by the Wood County Engineer’s Office on the above project, can be
obtained by contacting the Montgomery Township Fiscal Officer at
419-288-3535. All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked “Sealed Bid
for 2014 Road Project”. A bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, as required by
O.R.C. Section 153.54 along with a statement that no personal property
taxes per O.R.C. Section 5719.042 are unpaid shall be included in each
bid. Contractors shall comply with the equal employment opportunity
requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s
Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9. Bidders
shall also comply with the prevailing wage requirements contained in the
O.R.C. Section 4115.03 to 4115.16. This contract will be awarded to the
lowest and best bidder. The Montgomery Township Trustees may reject any
or all of the bids. The Montgomery Township Trustees reserve the right
to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or
destroy competitive bidding.
