Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 434.20 feet southeasterly
from the NW corner of Road Tract 7, Town 4, USR, Perrysburg Township,
Wood County, Ohio, on the Southerly boundary of
U.S. Route 20, being
the NE corner of the Clemens property (Vol. 524, Page 380); thence
Southeasterly along said southerly boundary a distance of 113.2 feet to a
point; thence Southerly parallel to the west line of said Road Tract 7 a
distance of 892 feet to a point; thence Westerly a distance of 190 feet

Request for Bids BOWLING GREEN FLIGHT CENTER
Sealed bids will be received by North Star Aviation, Inc. until 2:00
p.m. (local time), Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at the offices of the Bowling
Green State University Operations Department, 103A Park Avenue
Warehouse, Bowling Green, OH
43403 for furnishing all labor, materials
and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the project BOWLING
GREEN FLIGHT CENTER (BGFC).
Work items generally include construction
of an approx. 9,000 square foot academic training facility, an 80’x100′
aircraft hangar, site work, drainage improvements, entrance and parking
lot improvements, and aircraft parking apron area.

Contract Bid Documents including Project Drawings and Technical
Specifications will be on file beginning June 10, 2014 and may be

The Contractor is required to comply with wage and
labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the
