TOLEDO — Perrysburg Superintendent Tom Hosler will join other state leaders to talk about school funding
Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Conn Weissenberger Post 587, 2020 W. Alexis Ave.
Ohio Rep. Lisa Sobecki, D-Toledo, will host the community meeting with Rep. John Patterson, D-Jefferson;
Toledo School Board Member Sheena Barnes; and Washington Local School Board Member Mark Hughes.
Attendees of the meeting will be provided with an overview of the state report card system and hear from
the perspective of board members about how it impacts their schools.
Patterson will be joined by Rep. Bob Cupp, R-Lima, joint sponsor of H.B. 305.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions. The event is free and open to the public.
A similar forum was held last week in Bowling Green.
