Four area men have been indicted for domestic violence in separate cases involving four separate female
victims.
Three of the four each have previously been found guilty of similar offenses, while the fourth one’s
victim was pregnant at the time of the alleged instance.
Steven Andrew McCutcheon, 35 of Northwood, is alleged to have committed the offense on July 25.
Justin M. Miracola, age 36 of Perrysburg, is alleged to have injured a woman on Aug. 5.
Paul Edward Belcher II, 40, listed with both a Millbury and a Toledo address, is alleged to have
committed the offense on Sept. 14.
All three of the above defendants have prior domestic violence issues on their record. The repeat
offenses will toughen any penalties should they be convicted in these cases.
Shayn Austen Stewart, 24, of Toledo, on July 25 is alleged to have injured a pregnant woman.
