ODA to collect pesticides in Bowling Green Sept. 9
REYNOLDSBURG – The Ohio Department of Agriculture will be sponsoring a collection for farmers wishing to
dispose of unwanted pesticides on Sept. 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wood County Junior Fair
Building, 13800 W. Poe Road.
The pesticide collection and disposal service is free of charge, but only farm chemicals will be
accepted. Paint, antifreeze, solvents, and household or non-farm pesticides will not be accepted.
Collections are sponsored by ODA in conjunction with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
