For the 14th year, Bowling Green Alliance Church, 1161 Napoleon Road, is hosting its "Come to the
Stable" display of Nativity sets from around the world, Dec. 11-14.
A favorite Christmas tradition for hundreds, this year a special invitation is being extended to those
who have never attended so they can experience the meaning of the season in a memorable way.
The free event features 600-700 Nativities, diverse in origin, materials and size. There will also be
live music, homemade refreshments and a Nativity give-away.
The hours are: Dec. 11, from 5 to 9 p.m.; Dec. 12, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Dec. 13, from 10 a.m. to 8
p.m.; and Dec. 14, from noon to 3 p.m. The congregation will be holding two worship services Dec. 14, at
9 and 10:30 a.m.
People attending are asked to consider bringing a canned good for the Bowling Green Christian Food
Pantry. (Video by J.D. Pooley/Sentinel-Tribune)
