Sexual assault reported in Cygnet
CYGNET – A sexual assault was reported in the village on Wednesday.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office was advised of the incident at 5:49 p.m.
The assault, involving an 18-year-old woman, was reported in the 11000 block of Bays Road.
Two injured in BG accident
Two people were taken to Wood County Hospital following a crash on South Main Street in Bowling Green
Bowling Green Police were called to the scene, Circle K South, at 996 S. Main St., at 2:51 p.m.
Justin Miller, Bowling Green, was issued a citation for left of center after a collision with a vehicle
driven by Victoria Gawronski, Bowling Green.
Both were taken to the hospital by Bowling Green Fire/EMS.
Kids workshop, fire safety day
Home Depot on South Main Street in Bowling Green will hold a Kids Workshop/Fire Safety Day on Saturday
from 9 a.m. to noon.
Organizers are planning to have fire trucks and/or other safety equipment on hand. It is designed for
ages 1 to 11. The entire is family is welcome.
Health board meetings set
 Two committees and the full Wood County Board of Health will meet in the health district board room
The Finance Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Program Committee at 6 p.m.
A meeting of the full board is slated for 7 p.m.
Bradner Legion hosts dinner
BRADNER — Bradner American Legion will host a baked steak dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
Cost is $7. The legion is located at 209 W. Crocker St. For carryout, call 419-288-3634.
