Liquor stolen from BG business
Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a large amount of alcohol from a downtown restaurant
reported over the weekend.
Bowling Green Police say that "numerous bottles" of liquor were stolen in a break-in at SamB’s,
163 S. Main St.
The incident was reported Saturday around 2:15 p.m.
A value for the liquor taken was not available this morning.
Burglary reported in Tontogany
TONTOGANY – Sheriff’s deputies were called to the report of a burglary in the village Thursday.
The incident was reported just after 8:35 a.m. in the 18000 block of Tontogany Creek Road.
A garage was reported broken into, and multiple items were taken.
BG Pet Show is Wednesday
The city of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring the 53rd annual Pet Show at City
Park Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Participants may register that evening at the Needle Hall stage.

NB man arrested for drug trafficking
Joseph Wittenmyer Jr., 27, of North Baltimore, was arrested Thursday at 5:27 p.m. at Victory Inn for
trafficking in heroine.
He was taken to jail, no bond.
