First Friday in Perrysburg
PERRYSBURG – First Friday kicks off in Perrysburg with various forms of entertainment including dancers,
theatre groups, clowns, jugglers, vendors, music, arts and crafts, inflatables, train rides and a
petting zoo.
This free event will take place in downtown Perrysburg from 6 to 9 p.m.
Tour BG’s Boomtown District
A tour of Bowling Green’s historic "Boomtown District" will be held Saturday.
The tour departs, rain or shine, at 9 a.m. from the Wood County District Public Library’s Carter House
parking lot, 307 N. Church St., directly behind the library.
Tim Gaddie of the Wood County Historical Center and Museum will guide the walking tour. It concludes at
the Carter House with light refreshments.
The tour is free. However, due to size limitations, registration is required. Details may be found at

BG businesses cited for underage alcohol sales
Five more businesses were cited for underage alcohol sales following compliance checks held in Bowling
Green Wednesday night.
Cited were:

• Tonya Dunn, Bowling Green, at Checkers, 809 S. Main St.

• Taylor Hankey, Pemberville, Speedway, 1650 E. Wooster St.
