NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING An application has been filed
with the Freedom Township Zoning Commission by Luckey Farmers Inc. The
Freedom Township Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on
this proposed Amendment on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., at the
Township Hall, 198 Water Street, Pemberville, Ohio. The proposed
amendment seeks to rezone 76.89 acres of land located as part of Section
26 and 35, Township 5 North, Range 12 East in Freedom Township, Wood

INVITATION FOR BIDS RESCUE TOOLS Sealed bids
will
be accepted by the Municipal Administrator, 25 North Second Street,
City of Waterville, Ohio 43566 until 2:00 pm E.D.T., April 23, 2014 for a
contract to provide rescue tools.
Specifications are on file at
the office of the Municipal Administrator located at 25 North Second
Street, and can be picked up from same at no charge.
Each bid must
contain the full name and address of the bidder and the amount of
compensation for which it will contract with the City of Waterville.
The bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or a bid
bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10 %) of the total bid amount payable
to the City of Waterville as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a
contract will be entered into between the successful bidder and the
City.
Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time or
not accompanied by a satisfactory check will neither be read or
considered.
Bids should be submitted on the appropriate bid form.
