Aleyanne “Anne” Jennings, 88, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Wednesday July 16, 2014.
She was born on September 12, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio to John and Milly (VanTassel) Roberts. She married
Marvin Ray Jennings on October 3, 1943 and he preceded her in death on November 17, 2009.
Anne was a farmer’s wife and worked very hard alongside her husband Marvin for many years. She adopted
her three children and embraced the role of being a mother.
She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Malinta and was a member of Haskins Community
Church after moving to Bowling Green. She loved to travel and had a special place in her heart for her
canine companion Heidi.
Anne was on the LST National Organization board for nine years with her husband and they organized the
Ohio Chapter of LST.
She is survived by her daughter Ramona Jennings (Alan Steinke) of Bowling Green; son Ronald (Joanne)
Jennings of Avon, New York; three grandchildren Amy Gonzalez and Jill Mitchell and Benjamin Fouts; four
great-grandchildren; sister Ruth Schultz; and her best friend Betty Williams.
Along with her husband Marvin, Anne was preceded in death by her son Scott Jennings and granddaughter
Holly Potts.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. at DUNN FUNERAL HOME, located in the
Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster Street. Pastor Jennifer Jackson will officiate.

Burial will follow at Hockman Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday.
Memorial contributions may be given in her honor to the Haskins Community Church.
