The following will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
Many programs require advance registration, which is indicated by an *. For information call the office

Meals
Lunch is served daily at all county senior centers. No person over 60 shall be denied nutrition services
because of failure to contribute all or part of the cost. Participants shall determine for themselves
what they are able to contribute. A $2 suggested donation is appreciated for lunches.
Next week’s menu features: Monday, chicken teriyaki or veal patty; Tuesday, black-eyed peas hash with
sausage or chicken pot pie; Wednesday, Birthday Celebration cabbage roll; Thursday,turkey pot roast or
meat and bean chili, Friday, scalloped potatoes and ham or cheese manicotti.
Dinner is served at the Wood County Senior Center Tuesday through Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and reservations
are needed by 2 p.m. Suggested donation is $4. The dinner menu is: Tuesday, tilapia; Wednesday, corned
beef; Thursday, country fried steak.

ADVANCE PLANNING
Matter of Balance Class: Tuesdays, March 26-May 14 from 1-3 p.m. at the Wood County Senior Center. The
cost is $15. During this evidence based class participants will learn to view falls as controllable, set
goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase
strength and balance. Participants will receive a manual for training purposes. For more information or
