PERRYSBURG POLICE
Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Osage Court in June 22.
Theft was reported in the 900 block of Pine Street.
An identity fraud incident was reported in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive on June 23.
Carlos Girardot, 30, Holland, was arrested by Toledo Police on an active bench warrant out of Perrysburg
Municipal Court. He was taken to the Wood County jail.
A drug paraphernalia incident was reported in the 10000 block of Fremont Pike on June 25.
A menacing incident was reported at North Dixie Highway and Eckel Junction Road.
On June 26, criminal trespass was reported in the 3000 block of Levis Commons Boulevard.
Criminal damaging was reported in the 28000 block of Simmons Road on June 27.
Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 26000 block of North Dixie Highway.
A fraud incident was reported on June 28 in the 26000 block of Lake Vue Drive.
In the 100 block of Pheasant Drive, Paulo Artiaga, 44, Perrysburg, was arrested for domestic violence.

Herbert Logan II, 31, Perrysburg, was arrested by Perrysburg Township on an active Perrysburg Police
warrant. A previous warrant for domestic violence had been issued for him on June 26 following an
incident reported in the 1000 block of Levis Commons Boulevard. He was transferred into Perrysburg
custody and taken to jail.
Criminal mischief was reported on Kingsview Drive on June 29.
Criminal damaging was reported in the 400 block of Three Meadows Drive.
A breaking and entering incident was reported in the 26000 block of Mingo Drive.
SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 4000 block of Huffman Road, Cygnet, on June 25.
A PayPal fraud incident was reported in the 23000 block of East Fourth Street, Grand Rapids.
A scam was reported in the 13000 block of Silver Street, Weston.
A disorderly conduct incident involving a fight in the roadway was reported at Middleton Pike and
Pemberville Road, Luckey.
Theft of 40 prescription Percocet pills was reported in the 1000 block of Carrie Lane, rural Fostoria.

A domestic violence incident involving a 14-year-old female juvenile was reported in the 13000 block of
Clark Street, Weston. She was reportedly taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
A possible theft incident was reported at Otterbein Portage Valley on Pemberville Road, Luckey.
An unwanted guest incident was reported June 25 in the 1000 block of Carrie Lane, rural Fostoria.

Failure to control, right of way/stop sign: Steven Reed, Perrysburg.
A barn fire was reported in the 14000 block of Defiance Pike, Rudolph.
Accidents occurred:
June 25
•At Ohio 105 and near U.S. 23. Kevin Barth, Fremont, was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a
collision with Thomas Zimmerman, Kansas.
June 26
•At Reitz Road and Tracy Road. Steven Reed, Perrysburg, was cited for operation without reasonable
control after running a stop sign and striking a pole barn.
•At Kramer Road, south of Linwood Road. Madison Huffine, BG, was cited for failure to control after her
vehicle lost control on loose gravel, struck a sign and slid into a ditch.
Jarren Salisbury, 21, Evansport, was arrested on a warrant at the Wood County Justice Center.
Sandra Fraser, Pemberville, was arrested on a warrant in the 5000 block of Scotch Ridge Road,
Pemberville.
Breaking and entering was reported in the 20000 block of Cherry Street, Weston. Items were taken from the
site.
June 27 citations:
Operating vehicle impaired: Ryan Sprow, Fostoria.
Janiqua Harris was picked up from Toledo authorities on a failure to appear warrant.
In the 1000 block of Laurel Drive, rural Fostoria, a caller advised that someone had hacked her computer
and said she can’t have her files back until she pays $700.
A domestic violence incident as reported in the 13000 block of Center Street, Weston.
June 28 citations: Speed, license plate to another vehicle: Robin Guidera, Perrysburg.
A criminal damaging incident was reported in the 6000 block of North Main Street, Wayne. Later at that
location, a telephone and credit cards were reported missing.
Seven cows were reported in the roadway at Custar Road and Junkins Road, Weston.

June 29
•At U.S. 6, just east of Ohio 25. Charles Harris, Weston, was cited for operating vehicle impaired (BAC
0.151), failure to control, and driving under suspension after striking a guardrail and cement barrier.

A scam incident was reported in the 13000 block of Creekview Drive, Rudolph.
Andrea Varela, Weston, was taken into custody and transferred into Hancock County custody on a warrant.

Lawrence Payne, Stony Ridge, was arrested on a Wood County warrant and taken to jail.
Accidents occurred:
June 30
•At U.S. 6, east of Ohio 25. Mary Evans, Wayne, was cited for failure to control after striking a guard
rail.
A 30-inch square "high water" sign was reported stolen June 30 from the 8000 block of Rudolph
Road.
Around 3:30 p.m. it was reported that in an alley near a business in Weston, a white male with black hair
and a camouflage hat reportedly asked a female if she wanted to buy drugs.
A male reported he was assaulted around 4:30 p.m. by a female friend who struck him several times in the
13000 block of Klopfenstein Road, Bowling Green. He notified the sheriff’s office around 8 p.m.
Two wayward head of cattle were discovered in the 20000 block of Bradner Road near Luckey. An owner of
cattle in that area reported all their’s are accounted for and there are two head on hte property that
are not his.
