BGSU cheerleaders to host STUNT game

The Bowling Green State University cheerleading team will host West Virginia Sunday at 1 p.m.
for a STUNT game. STUNT is an emerging NCAA sport derived from cheer skills.Admission is free. Doors
open at noon at the Stroh Center."After wrapping up college cheer nationals last month, we are
excited to start our STUNT season with our home opener against West Virginia," cheerleading coach
Anne Marie King said. "With over 40 universities participating in STUNT this season, our athletes
are ready for the challenge of another competitive season."BGSU went undefeated in 2012 and is
comprised of the female members of the BGSU cheer program. The Falcons will also face Michigan State and
Louisville on the road and the team was ranked second in the Midwest Conference, fifth nationally and
have two returning members who were named first team all-Americans a year ago.The top four nationally
ranked teams receive bids to the STUNT Championships in Daytona, Fla. April 14.
